Hello

We have finally obtained tracking from seller as we have disputed with them that our parcel has not arrived.

Having now used the tracking service it says it was delivered on 18/1/14 at Salisbury. It is supposed to be delivered to Plymouth. Can you please confirm the postcode of where it has been delivered too and if you have any information about where the package was sent from (it should be Bulgaria)

unfortunately China Post does not record detailed address info and post code for regular register mail, only EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE(EMS) has such record. You can contact your local post office and ask them where is the parcel. Your local post is China Post delivery agent in your country.

Thanks for your message. Who is my local post office for china post? I am slightly confused by your message. I have tried to check on the express website tracking but I need a verification code which I don't have.

You are in UK right? You local post office means the U.K Post or Royal Mail.
