I am waiting for a package for a too long time : CP288679798CN.
60 days of patience and no package show up. Is china post is realy serious about its work ?????!!!!

Could a responsible people from china post investigate in depth why my package is still in departure from outward office of exchange for almost 2 month ?
Please avoid fucking standard answer as : wait a little more, open a dispute with the sender, package lost,....

CP288679798CN is surface parcel for heavy item. it goes through sea and might take 2 to 4 months to reach Belgium.
