Dear reader,

The last update I found on my package (CP329565483CN) is from 6 weeks ago:

26-Sep-2016 12:22 Received by Post Office 71001409
29-Sep-2016 14:48 Departure export customs SHANGHAI

It should be heading for the Netherlands. I am pretty worried since this package is really important.

Could you please help me?

Lex

1. CP tracking number:

SAL: short for Surface Air Lifted. Ships, buses, and trains are used within the sending and receiving countries, but air transport is used between countries. Land and sea transport are used if there are no flights. Usually it takes 15 – 20 working days. The cost is lower than air mail.

SURFACE: a parcel is transported via land and sea transport. It is cheap, but takes 40 – 70 working days.

2. 2 possibilities either it took a plane to Netherlands or by Ship. And according to this tracking:
International Mail# CP329565483CN Tracking Result
Summary
Tracking number Origin Destination Status
CP329565483 CN CHINA NETHERLANDS On route

3. Your parcel is On Rote to Netherlands, now it's up to the Netherlands post to scan you parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

4. You could contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. He could call China Post to find out about your parcel if there is more information.

Hope this help.
