Hi, I'm from the UK.

Parcel number = UT015963147CN

Tracking says my parcel was last seen 11 days ago;
2019-08-03 14:58 Langley, has reached the place of origin

Can someone explain where it is right now, and give me an idea when I will receive the parcel please.

UT015963147CN was shipped on Jul 23.

This kind of parcel starting with U is called china post ordinary parcel. None will scan such parcel after it left China. So called "arrival Langley on Aug 3" should be just an estimate and not very accurate. None can know its exact location at this moment.

I believe the parcel is still on the way to UK. Since China Post ordinary parcel has very very low priority to get airline space and sorting service in UK, based on our experience, you still need 10 to 30more days to get it in UK. This is just my opinion for your reference.
