Hi, my item RI071985232CN I ordered over a month ago seems to be stuck in customs in the UK. How do I get it out of customs and into my hands?

It seems to be in customs since 2nd week of Nov. over two weeks ago but still haven't received it yet.

the parcel is in the hand of Royal Post. you should contact them and pickup the parcel.
