Post Item returned from export Customs/Security?

My package is EV819917842CN

It is coming to the UK, but since the 7th of November the status has been:

"Item returned from export Customs/Security - QINGDAO EMS"

Is this delay normal? Parcel Force are handling the UK shipping, and they have it marked as "Despatched to the UK".

Any help welcome!

EV819917842CN should be ok. It is still in Qingdao waiting for flight space to UK. You might need wait 10 to 30 days to get it in UK.
