Post Is my letter missing?

The document was sent on May 28th and it’s out of sorting center since June 13th. I’m leaving China soon, how can I check when it’s gonna arrive? I can’t wait any longer

RR902226355PL arrived China Post Hangzhou office for China Post office in 泰安路投 on Jun 13. Then it disappears from China Post system. It might be lost.

You need file an investigation with Poland Post. Poland Post will contact China Post to start an formal investigation to locate the parcel.

Next time please use EMS to send important document .
