both parcels stuck in Customs warehouse over one week, it is strange. They might have problem to pass security check. you'd better open a dispute.

RC050552735CN was sent to airline on Dec 7 from Beijing. Normally it should arrived Europe long time ago. I suggest you to open a dispute asap and get your money back. check following post:

It was originally bought on the 2nd Jan,the latest tracking details I've seen is it being in custom control warehouse since 14th Jan..but not sure what that means

normally goods will stay in customs warehouse for 2 to 10 days. after the goods passed customs security check, it will change to "sent to airline" status.

Hi, my item RB481545580CN has been in customs warehouse since January 21st. Any idea why the delay. It is only one item. Never had this problem before. Thanks for your help

it should has some problem and can not pass security check. you should open dispute and claim money back from seller.
