I have been given the following tracking number LX496045608CN on 20th September but I can't see any information.
Is this a fake number??

your seller has not shipped the parcel yet. Push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track parcel information in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud shipment.
