I need help.

RC620579333CN: Why is it 3 times at customs ?
Almost a month has passed and still no output consignment from supplier countries.

and

RC908238379CN: Passed almost a month and still no output consignment from supplier countries.

What it can be wrong?

it seems that your parcels were keeping rejected by airlines. two possible reasons as following:
1)airline has no space
2)the parcel has something not allowed by airline(battery,liquid etc)
