Hi everyone,
I have two packages blocked in Chansha's airport. The website says they have been delivered to the airline transportation, but since 28th may I don't have notices and in the meanwhile the expectation time is expired, so I can't check them.
What can I do? Please help me...

Both packages were received by China Post in April. On average it takes about 58 days to arrive Italy. Your packages are slower than average, but April packages are still arriving. It is wise to wait patiently and at the same time watch for your buyer protection and ask for an extension if it is running out soon, or you can open dispute for a refund.

Do not worry about status 'expired‘ shown on other tracking website. It is just a warning that package is slower than average. You can track the status here: http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX642212308CN It will be updated after packages left China
