perhaps because the package has still not arrived in Italy?
On the site you gave me to check the package to me this is displayed
RF063132453CN CHINA ITALY On route
means that traveling to Italy?
However the site I purchased two more things and even those can not control where they are.
the numbers are: 02187017438 and 02186171197.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows the parcel RF063132453CN left shenzhen on Aug 17. normally you need wait another 2 to 3 weeks to see new status after the parcel left china for Italy.

RF063132453CN shows that it has left China on August 17. By what I advise you to let wait 2 to 4 weeks for your shipment coming to Italy.
02187017438 and 02186171197 are regular shipments that do not have tracking information, the only information that appears is that they left China on 8 August for Italy.

I've got the same problem with my package from China. First they had to cancel the first trackingnumber and after that i got an e-mail with antother trackingnumber. When i was checking this number it was also shipped to Italy...
My question to you did you had the package allready or are you still waiting on it?

Some sellers will give you a false tracking number rather than admit they are having a hard time getting a product for you, and then "update" with the real tracking number once they actually send it.

What does that mean? Will they actually send it? They will send you the package or not? Because the second trackingnumber comes from the seller and this is not traceable in DHgate only with this link

De last update is "Guangzhou terminal , leave" and its shipped from China to Italy (not Found)
Will this package ever be shipped to Holland?
