Hello
I purchased a tablet PC online from a website of china, named
I paid 38US dollars, Instead of sending tablet PC, they sent only one US dollar in envelop.
The tracking ID was: RC585293093CN
Is there anyway to get money back? How to report complain?
It is not only my loss but they also create bad image for online shopping from china.
Seller's name is: yu fengmei

you should open dispute to paypal ,report fraud and claim refund. You should NEVER buy from those non-reputation websites, not only from China. Buy from China sellers in big and famous website such as ebay,amazon, aliexpress which have feedback system and buyer protection policy.
