Order shipped aug 11 according to seller. Got this tracking number RB298935796CN
However, even after 16 days now I can not see it as received by china post. Seller zebralight claims it is genuine. Please help. Is tracking authentic, and where is then the package?

if it shows the parcel has not been received by china post, then it should be fake. open a dispute and claim refund asap.

Thanks for reply... The number above was probably fake. However, yesterday I got a paper in my mailbox that I had a package to pick up from the seller. Anyway, it was a completely different trackingnumber from what they sent me as above. I finally received the correct package though, and I am more than happy now☺
