Post Export Customs Scan

Hello, I think I have a problem, I bought something on the internet and when I check the tracking number my goods are always in the same place, the ``Export Customs Scan`` , maybe there was a problem or something like that, the goods have been in the export customs scan for 2 weeks, I thing it´s strange, what do you think?

``Export Customs Scan`` stays for 2 weeks is very common. if over 4 weeks, then it should be a problem.

you can open dispute to seller and claim refund if you want.

But is it usually a scam or something when this happens? Because for what reason would it not clear customs? Would they do it on purpose and send out a battery and also write it on the parcel?

If the parcel does not pass customs after 4 weeks does that mean it will never pass and arrive at destination?

if your parcel has battery inside and is detected by customs, it will be rejected by officer. in this case, its status will stuck in customs forever.
