Post EE992923895CN is LOST? Help!

My parcel EE992923895CN, shipped 18th of January 2014, after 3 weeks has not arrived in my country. The tracking has been stuck at "depatch from sorting center" for 17 days, since 24th of January, and the Finland Post has no record of the parcel having arrived here. I have no way of contacting China EMS to look for it, because I can't speak Chinese. Can you please help find out what has happened to my parcel? Thank you!

it might be lost. you can open a dispute and claim the money back.
