Dear China Post volunteer,

I have a question. The track and trace code RJ889660940CN shows the parcel leaving Hangzhou airport on October 22. Up to date I have not received any updates about the parcel and was wondering if you could tell me how I could track my parcel the best way possible. I use 17track and China Post website and don't know what other options I have to keep track of my parcel.

1. Those 2 sites are OK to track your parcel.

2. Have you ask the seller how much time you can expect the parcel to arrive in the Netherlands! Just tell him you have not receive your parcel.

3. According to the tracking I have done to your parcel it seems OK to me. It need only to be scan by the Post NL and then get it to Netherlands Customs Office for clearance.

4. Your parcel is fine, you just need to be patient and wait for it. I don't know if you can track your parcel on the Post NL site, you might want to ask the question to Post NL call center.
