Post dhl tracking number not registered ?

Hi I am awaiting an order from a supplier on aliexpress through DHL but the tracking number is not registered ?
This happened the first time I ordered through the same supplier but my package arrived ?
I thought maybe the first time was a mistake but now its happened again Im wondering whats going on?
Does anybody know why this is happening ?

if the parcel number is not valid, you should open dispute to aliexpress and claim refund.
