hi
can somebody help me please placed order on 12th march and seller shipped on 13th,it was collected on the 18th and went to Departure from outward office of exchange on 23rd and has not moved since i have asked seller and they said dont worry but i am as i have used china post over past few months and received items in less than 2 weeks in UK but not nothing
this is my tracking number RC360750557CN
i would be grateful for some advice on this matter please

well its not the 10th and still no movement 3 weeks this Sunday coming and my Purchase Protection will end in 10 days well disappointed stuck in china customs. do you think its time to processes refund as it takes a few days on aliexpress

you can open a dispute now.after you open the dispute, the seller might agree to extend the protection date.

CHINA VOLUNTEER CAN YOU HELP CAN YOU PLEASE CONFIRM THEY STILL IN CHINA AS EVERY TRACKING SITE I HAVE TRY TO SEARCH SAYS STILL IN CHINA IS THAT CORRECT

what is the item? any battery inside?

if i ask the shipper to contact them over this matter would they tell them as they are the recipient
