Hello Guys,

I am from Germany and I ordered some LED Strips at AliExpress. The seller sent it by China Air Mail.

RK133774156CN

It stuck at Departure from outward office of exchange or Export Customs Scan for over 1 Month. Can somebody tell me why? The seller says that I should wait and it is shopping season in China, so the China Post is very slow.

Can anyone help me?

I got 16 days until I can't open a dispute anymore / 16 days until my Purchase Protection ends. When should I open a dispute, if I don't receive it?

Theres still no change.. I got 6 days until I can't open a dispute anymore.. what should I do? Someone can give me an advise? No battery inside.

if your buyer protection is expiring, you can ask for extending the protection or open dispute and claim refund.
