My package LO972403560CN has been cancelled, why? The Tracking information says "going back" translated.

LO972403560CN was returned to shipper on April 28. not sure return reason. But we are 100% sure that you will not get this parcel in future.

If this is a purchase with paypal/aliexpress/amazon, please open dispute for refund.
