Not sure to blame seller, who is DX, because item left them long ago - two months ago today.

Thank you!

Update: after doing some research at other sites, I gathered suspicion, that content of the parcel may be to blame - there should be some rechargeable batteries in packet, while it seems they are getting banned to be shipped. This is a guess, also scenario of proceeding is pretty vague at this point, most likely sender should ask for return-to-base and refund. It is strange, however, they didn't mind shipping it out.

battery item was banned by China Post since Oct 2013. So you can not expect those item can arrive your home. we suggest you to open a dispute with paypal or DX and get money back.

Then why the DX, still sell, and ship such thing? They know that the China Post Office was banned this item? I think NO, but who cares for the regular customer who buy batteries? My parcell stuck almost 3 month for this think i guess!!!! Lack of communication i think in China!!!!, or this is advisedly!

We suggest our user to buy from China sellers in big online marketplace such as Aliexpress, eBay,Amazon etc. Those big marketplace as a buyer protection system which will protect buyer's money from fraud shipment, lost parcel, and damaged goods.
