Hello,

When sending something from Europe to China, is normal that the sent Item stays 10 days with this status: import security scan ?
And if it's normal, how much longer can stays there?
On other way, if it's already been delivered to the final address, where can I have that information?

Ok, that topic is good for buyers or recipients, but in my case I'm the sender.
So, as a sender, how can I get full info about an item I've sent, on registered mail?
And, again, is normal the item stays on that status for 11 days?

One simple answer? How can I know where is the item I've sent? I'm the sender, ( returning an malfunctioning item) so I can't ask for a refund to myself, or open a dispute against me! Eleven days on " import security scan" is normal?
