This tracking number doesn't show on your website but it shows something from track-chinapost.com.

Is this a real tracking number?

it shows this on cainao and track-chinapost.com but it doesn't show anything on this website. What do you think?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CP378169603CN was shipped from Shanghai to Turkey on Mar 22. It is real.

Coronavirus outbreak has caused serious airline space shortage (80% international airline were cancelled). china post has not enough shipping space now.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This service has lowest priority to bid for airline space with EMS ,ePacket and airmail.

If weight is over 2 kgs, it might take up to half year to reach destination country. And there will be no update before Parcel arrives destination country .

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Can you check again please? When I check from track-chinapost.com or cainao it shows information but when I check from http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php

it gives this:

No shipping record!

am I getting scammed by the seller? on the other hand, if it is this slow, why do aliexpress sellers use it? I will open a dispute from aliexpress if it doesn't come in 30 days, seller will lose money. why do these sellers use this service?
