Package shipped in December. Along with 2 others safely arrived in December...
This one seems to be "unsuccessful delivery" but never came to France...
I have no answer from China Post but to go to the post office where I sent the package from (but I now live in Europe)!!!!!
Can anyone here help?

CP302690173CN was returned to china, but shipper did not pickup the return parcel. It will be sold by china government.

oh My God!!! But it's my package...It never came to France...

shipper have to pickup the return from the original post office. if over a specific time and no pickup, the parcel will be sold or destroyed.

2. How can they destroy something that isn't theirs?
3. Also, I paid for China Post to send it to France and they didn't?
4. How can I get in touch with them to ask them to deliver the parcell to France?

I am so terribly sad and do not understand...! It is just a jacket inside!

If the parcel was returned to China and you do not pickup, there will be storage charge. So it is common sense that you should not expect China Post to keep the goods for you forever.

You paid the goods for one time, but it was returned by France Post. China Post has no duty to ship it second time. It is quite common that a China customer shipped something from France to China with French Post and later returned from China. French post will not ship the goods again to China. If you don't believe this, check with your local post office.

I paid for the goods to come to France but China Post didn't sent it to France. I have check with the French post and they have no sign of the parcel and China Post itself doesn't say the parcel came to France. I want for China Post to do what it has been paid to do: deliver the good.

If China post for whatever reason cannot do what it has been paid to do, I wish to collect my parcel. Where and when can I collect it? I shall be back in China early March.

If you will go back to China. You can visit the post office where you mailed the parcel. Hopefully you can pickup your parcel there.

I will come back early March but according to what you say this should be too late and my goods will be destroyed by then, right?

it might be sold or destroyed, might not. you can try your luck.
