package sent to Finland 21,11,2014. Shanghai is customs-cleared 30,11,2014. still has not arrived. how long to wait before we make a claim for a lost shipment?

you should open dispute and claim refund from seller. you can not get refund from china post directly.

How long should I wait before i must report a lost shipment. Will ship directly from China to Finland? How many days would normally take the ship from? Thank you in advance for your reply.

I would be grateful if someone post office representative who cares to respond. Package search probably is not very hard to figure out, I think that the Post has no desire to publicly admit error. I just want to know whether the NORMAL that the transmission will take more than 2 months. :( :( :( :(

CP parcel is surface parcel which goes through sea. It is normal to arrive after 2 to 6 months.
