hi. from turkey. I just take a electro guitar but "Departure from outward office of exchange" not change from 2 weeks. what the problem. pls give me information.

and when i parallel track in turkey's offical post office "ptt" my parcel is looking italy... what thats all mean

CP289038787CN is surface parcel which might take up to 4 months to arrive Turkey.
