Hi,
I have sent a package last year from Chengdu (China) to Belgium. On the tracking website it stated for a very long time that it was in the post office of chengdu. After more than a year of no information on this package I see now that it states 'unsuccessful delivery'. I have not received any notification. Sending and receiving address is the same Belgian address. What happened to my package?

CP254185833CN can not pass security scan in Beijing airport and was returned to original office in Chengdu, you should ask someone in Chengdu pickup for you.

unfortunately I live in Belgium, not in China. I was just traveling there. The package contains some souvenirs & gifts for family… Is there any other option I can try?
