Post CP191791406PL - no tracking update for over a month

Hello,my parents sent me a package from Poland to China on November 19th, but the tracking stopped updating on November 21st at "Warsaw export customs cleared". It's been like that for over a month and I don't even know if the parcel left Poland and got to China...how can I check that?

1. The last tracking of your parcel is this:
2016-11-21 18:11 In Warsaw, has been exported

2. China post has not yet scan your parcel, either it has not arrive or either they did not have time to do it.

3. You are aware that CP number in the tracking is for Surface Mail Parcel which can take up to 6 months to be deliver.

6 months? My parents were told at Polish post office that it can take up to 3 months, so which version is true?
