i wait 1 package(tracking number: RB536636795CN) from seller and i haven't received yet.
if the seller ask compensation from the China post office for my lost parcel in how many days he will take the compensation?
For how long the seller must wait for that?

you should claim refund directly from paypal. you can not know when seller will get compensation from china post.

The seller(tinydeal.com) told me that has ask compensation from the China post office before 2-3 days.
Usually in how many days the seller(tinydeal.com) will take the compensation from the post office?
For how long the seller(tinydeal.com) must wait for that?
1 week?
1 month?
1 year?

you CAN NOT know when the seller will get the compensation from china post. it might be one month, two months or even one year. any how, it has nothing to do with your claim to paypal.

So
if this job will take even 1 year i will follow your direction and i will speak with paypal for that.

the seller seems not plan to refund you any money. this is just an excuse. he might say that he did not get refund even he has already got refund from china post. china post will not tell public about those information.
