Hello ,

Im living in France and I have placed an order 2 weeks ago .

All the feedbacks on the order are positive and everyone wrote that he got it in 2 weeks exactly( Europe ) , and 2 from France said that they received parcel after 15 days.

But my tracking number shows Sent to Airline it's been more than 10 days.

RG088663483CN

I want to know if the parcel has arrived to france or it was lost ? ( No Battery inside )

RG088663483CN status is ok. now is rush season, processing time is much longer than usual.

Okay but can I get the parcel without any updates after the Sent to Airline ?

Or I should get new updates when it arrives to France ?

I tracked many Parcel's tracking number and I found they were sent in June or August and untill now the last update was Sent to Airline and Im afraid this happens to me..

status might NOT be updated after sent to airline status.

Okay so is there any solution to know where my parcel is ?
Can I contact chronopost ? But on their site they say they have no information or tracking information about my Parcel yet. And the limit date on AliExpress for refund is 2 weeks left ..

And the sender told me wait 1month ! (After the date expires)

The information from http://track-chinapost.com is the latest for your parcel, no other source can do better.
you can not contact China Post directly. You can wait one more week, if parcel still not arrive, then you should open dispute and ask for refund or extending the protection.

So today is the 16th of December , day number 30 and I haven't got anything and Status is sent to airline.

Protection date limit , 8 days left.

What should I do ? wait 1 more week or open a dispute now ?

you can open dispute or ask aliexpress to extend the protection.

Ok I have opened dispute .

the seller kept arguing with me and he rejected the refused and asked to wait 30 more days !

Should I escalate it ? I am afraid that I lose the money
