Post Busiest Time of a Year, but we need our parcels

Hi there,

I have two parcels and their tracking numbers are

RS296023085CN
RS313786178CN

The tracking number starts with RS29.. was sent on 5th of November and it was not even leave from China. So I was waiting this parcel more than a month and I don't know how much will I wait. It is more than a month (exactly 34 days). I researched the articles about arrival times of parcel. The longest time of arrival time is 33 days for Turkey (according to http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php), but it did not come to Turkey's customs in 34 days.

The second parcel was sent 20th of November. I know the passed time of parcel is less than the other one, but at least both of them should be at the Turkey's customs (experiencing from my other parcels). Can anyone inform me about these situations?

3. So as you can see both parcels are On Route/In Transit to your country Turkey. Please do remember that the 33 days is China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time in the best condition.

4. Right now it's not the best condition because every Post Office in the World are extremely busy with mail incoming or outgoing, so definitely mail is slow.

5. There is nothing wrong with your parcel, they need only to be scan by Turkey Post at your end. Sorry if that is not the answer you where looking for.
