Hi all,
I bought goods from china on the 27 of November I tracked them and status is export customs scan on the 12/12/2013. To date nothing received can any one tell me what could have happened

RB726032543CN and RC254893545CN are not in China now. If you have not got the parcel, then they might be lost. You should open a dispute asap.

How to open dispute and claim refund for fake tracking number and unreceived parcel?
