Hello!

My package ( RO105030982CN ) information is stuck on "Beijin airport and left" since 2016-11-23. It is supposed to reach Spain but ir hasn't on theory.

1. You have the choice either wait for your parcel because the Estimate arrival time for Spain in normal condition is 36 days. But right now it's not normal condition it's the Holiday Season and mail everywhere is slow.

2. You could contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. Your parcel need to be scan by Spain Post on arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the Spain Post site for any new movement.
