Hello,

The details of the delivery are freezed up since 2016-11-17.

Ticket Nr RS306168957CN its stuck since 2016-11-17 in Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared .

Is this normal? is it still in China?

1. You will see an update only when the Spain Post scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.
