There is no information about my parcel, after the phrase "Shanghai Pudong, left". It was 1,5 month ago. What i must to do? Where is really my parcel?

1. In normal condition your parcel should have arrive in Ukraine by now. May I suggest you give your parcel a last chance and wait one more week to see if you could see any movement on the Ukraine Post site.

2. May I also ask you to contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. He might be able to call China Post and ask them what is going on with your parcel.

3. Please provide this tracking to the seller so he understand your problem.

Dear, i contacted with seller.
He said - please wait.
All other parcel has long come. And when they came to my country - this information is displayed.
If the parcel was already in my country - I would have seen it. And since there is no information.
How can I contact the supplier and to know exactly where my package?

1. When a parcel is On Route/In transit, there is no tracking done so no information available. The next info you will find is when Ukraine Post scan your parcel.

2. If you feel that you waited long enough, then just open a dispute for non reception of your parcel.

1. Do you mean supplier as China Post, or do you mean supplier as your seller!!!

2. If you mean supplier as China Post then this is the number:

86 20 11185 but they speak only in Mandarin, no English at all.

1. Can not do that, I don't work for China Post, I don't speak Mandarin and I don't line in China.

2. Your seller should be asking China Post all the questions you have about your parcels.
