Post Wrong tracking number?

Hi, I have placed an order on 13.04.2015.
On 14.04.2015, status was "the seller has shipped your order" and got a tracking number
RJ460750413CN.
However, when I tried to track the order on china post I got this message:
"RJ460750413CN is invalid Number! China Post has not received this parcel.
Make sure you get correct tracking number and your shipper has really shipped the parcel, then track again! ."

what should I do???
can anyone help!!!

your seller did not ship the goods. you can wait one more week and track again. if still same result, you should open dispute.
