Post Wrong Tracking Number ?

I bought two items from ebayAU on 27/Nov and after a few days I receive the track number RI824949202CN. Since then, I was never able to see where the package was, aways when I enter the track number here http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, it says it doesn't exists. Did the seller cross me ?

RI824949202CN is fake number. you are scammed by seller. file claim to your credit card company against fraud.

1. What china post volunteer Administrator meant is that your parcel is a fake parcel not the tracking number.

2. The tracking number is a valid tracking number but unfortunately China Post never receive the parcel. In other words the parcel was never mail by the seller.

3. You can verify the validity of the tracking number by consulting this page:
