Post wrong order,HELP!!

I ask a seller of aliexpress for a specific hoodie color and I give me a link to order with another color and he would send me the one I was asking to,but now he sent me the one of the link no the one I wanted,is true if I refuse to sign the package I can get the money back?

It will be the same except you refund for item not as described.
