Can someone please tell me how to change the address. I've been waiting for almost 2months

USPS.com shows the parcel arrived USPS office in ORLANDO, FL 32825 on Feb 15. But shipper printed wrong street number in the parcel. USPS can not deliver the parcel and then returned the parcel to China on Feb 9.

You can not get this parcel anymore.
