Hello friends

I'm waiting for a long time for a package. The trakcing number is RD404011027CN.

And the tracking result in your site is:

2016-02-21 10:27:41.0 Tianjin station dept. received
2016-02-21 13:27:01.0 Tianjin station dept. customs scan
2016-02-21 14:02:32.0 leaving Tianjin station dept. ，next station Tianjin center
2016-02-22 08:37:57.0 Tianjin Transit Station export security scan
2016-02-22 08:45:44.0 Tianjin Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )

Seems it hasn't moved from Tianjin since 2016-02-22. When will it leave the country?

the parcel should have left china. the parcel status is still ok and in normal time frame . you just can not see new status when parcel is outside china.

Oh okay! Thank you! I was worried it had been stopped at China customs or something, since it only says "Domestic transit" as a last status. Other items I ordered later have already arrived, and all of them had more status updates than this one. I will cross fingers and continue waiting. Thank you so very much!!!!

Hello again, hope you check this message and reply again.

I'm still worried because other packages I've received from China have more messages when they leave the country. For instance right now I'm tracking RF199240449CN, and last status was:

2016-03-15 00:22:11.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport

And even my own country postal service aknowledges it is on its way out of China.

But my package RD404011027CN continues stuck in:

2016-02-22 08:45:44.0 Tianjin Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )

And according to my country postal service it never left China.

It has been almost a month since then and I really fear there's a problem with it. Can you please check it? Should I contact the seller?

it should be outside china. normally the parcel should leave china in 20 days after shipment. it could be delayed in some international transit airport in Europe.

So how long should I wait until I have to start to worry? Still haven't received it neither status has changed :(

check http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php, if your waiting time is over max arrival time, you should be worry.

Hello again. I have now a second package (RD404011486CN ), sent by the same seller, which seems stuck in the same place (Tianjin Exchange Bureau).

A package they sent to me last november (RD404013875CN) got from Tianjin to Beijing in just one day.

I can understand some days of delay but this is really worrying.

Can you please tell me if there's a problem in Tianjin these days? I can't understand why those two packages (RD404011486CN and RD404011027CN) are stuck in the same place and no news from them, one of them has been there more than 50 days.

Please help!
