Items of this kind (11 digits) are China Post Ordinary Airmail; they don't have any tracking available outside of China.

You're welcome! Unfortunately it's not trackable outside China. Other postal services treat it as an ordinary mailpiece, like a letter or postcard. The arrival times should be similar to registered mail, though -- the numbers in this table are a few years old, but they should give you some idea how long it will take.
