If there is any problem in package than please specify
my package booked on 27/1/2019 from shenzhen and tracking show that Send item abroad (EDI-received). Next stop Kolkata Airport Sorting Office
China, GUANGZHOU on 7/2/2019 but after two week it again show it is blocked in china
Please help me

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LF486956233CN shows the number was sent to airline on Feb 20.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep waiting 5 to 10 days in airline warehouse waiting flight space and another 1 to 4 weeks import customs processing in destination country(speed depending on country). The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 2 to 8 weeks period.

Once it passes import customs clearance, India Post will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

but tracking shows "Send item abroad (EDI-received). Next stop Kolkata Airport Sorting Office" again and again. first time it display om 7th feb than it show in china again and after that on 17th feb it again show "Send item abroad (EDI-received). Next stop Kolkata Airport Sorting Office
" . but after that it again showing that package it hand over to airline
i purchese only on package and you hand over this 3 times to airline.
