i don't think you have much chance to get it before Xmas. it is still in Fuzhou customs.

will it come by air mail or sea mail.its been in fuzhou since 1/12/2014 what can be the problem its a helicopter.its estamated delivery is 30/12/2014 do i open up despute now or when the date is up because i ordered a second helicopter three days later and i received that one .the said there should be no problem with battery inside so really don know what to do please help

if the item has battery inside and detected by safety officer, it will be rejected. i believe you might have no chance to receiver the parcel. open dispute asap.
