😐 Hey China Post, My tracking number is RI422965396CN and for the past 2 weeks, the status is still Departure Export Customs! Where is my package? I really want it, inside is just plastic puzzles from Cubezz.com. Should I open a dispute? Its been 2 weeks now. Its still in GuangZhou! Why is it delayed?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel was shipped on April 20. You can check average arrival time to Canada in this page http://track-chinapost.com/?page_id=708 and calculate the ETA time by yourself.

But I ordered from a site called Champion's cube store, and that arrived even though I ordered it after this one! Why is that? The one I ordered before hasn't even arrived and the one I ordered two weeks later arrives and both are shipped by China Post!

Postal parcel arrival time is not so accurate. It is very very common that late shipped parcel arrives earlier. Many factors will affected the speed including ship-from-airport traffic, the airport customs handling speed etc.

Our stat reports shows average arrival time from china to canada is 26 days(min 12 days, max 48 days). Your parcel was shipped on Apr 22. So it should arrive around May 18(in worst situation, arrive on Jun 10th). if your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute .

The timeframe in 6 weeks... On cubezz.com And using the free shipping method, HK post, it came within 2-3 weeks! I paid $8 for registered air mail and now it's taking WAY longer!

HK Post same thing, arrive time around 2 to 5 weeks. Once receiving goods in 2 weeks does not mean you can always receive goods in 2 weeks.
