Post Why is my ePackets status is canceled?

I ordered my ePacket at internet shopping mall (shipping started from England) and it said it would take more than 40days so I waited until now. But few minutes ago I found out that my shipping status is turned out to be 'canceled'. I don't know why it happened and even what does it mean actually. If it is literally 'canceled' shipping, where should I ask to get my refund or product and where should I ask for that?

'canceled' normally means your seller did not ship anything to you. You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud.
