the parcel RB873005059CN was returned from azerbaijan to shanghai. you should open dispute asap.

How to open dispute and claim refund for fake tracking number and unreceived parcel?

did you see the words "Import Customs Scan" in Shanghai. That means the parcel was returned from oversea. In your case, it means the parcel was returned from Azerbaijan.
