Hello,

Tracking of my parcel seems to have stopped on the 7th of July when I use http://www.parcelmonitor.com/track-it-online/?pk=42166278&trackId=UM490674857CN&utm_medium=email&uuid_from=db817f03-be29-461a-989c-cd6d54d3f46a&utm_campaign=new_stage

If I look for the parcel on http://track-chinapost.com/ I get nothing. I am confused. I have read online the person I am receiving the parcel from may be a scammer that gives out other peoples tracking numbers. I don't know if this is true, so I am asking if you can confirm this is a valid tracking number that will be delivered to me William Donnelly.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
