RV354298268CN has no shipping record. It is a fake number. You are very likely to be scammed.

If this is a paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud asap.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV364737105CN shows the parcel was rejected by safety check point. It was returned to original post office. You won't get it in future.

Please open dispute to seller for refund.
