Can you let me know where my package is! Site says delivered...but I don't have it...

Is it with a local UK courier? If so, it's been with them a while

If delivered can you send proof/who signed for it...been waiting since November.

Please get back to me ASAP!

Royal Mail website shows the parcel was delivered by Royal Mail South Kensington DO on Dec 24 10:24am.

You need contact above mentioned post office to inquiry delivery detail.

Hi
My package still has not been delivered. Royal Mail tracking shows the item as delivered on 24 Dec. However the address was closed on that day and over the Christmas period.
Royal Mail have attempted to find the package in their system, but have not found it. They say the China Post as to put in an enquiry to Royal Mail, not sure how this will help or come up with a result where my package is found and truly delivered.
Can you contact Royal Mail on my behalf about this.
Please let me know when this has been done, as I'll need to claim compensation from someone!
The first stage is for China mail to open an enquiry with Royal Mail, can you do this ASAP. I have been waiting for this package since November 2018
I look forward to hearing from you
